Villa Sunset Garden is a beautiful, modernly equipped holiday home in Gornji Špadići, only 1200 m from the sea and 5 minutes by car from the centre of Poreč. The house is situated in a quiet location on a completely fenced well-kept garden of 1200 m2 and offers its guests the following:
Pool of 36 m2 surrounded by greenery, sun loungers, seating, summer kitchen with covered terrace and barbecue and several parking spaces in the yard.

Villa Sunset Garden can accommodate up to 12 people and is ideal for families with children. It has an area of 350 m2 on three fully air-conditioned floors, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace with garden furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. On the lower part of the ground floor there is a bedroom with en-suite shower/WC and direct access to the garden and pool, as well as a further bathroom.

On the first floor of the house there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, access to the balcony overlooking the garden and pool and a bathroom with bathtub in the hallway. On the mezzanine floor there is a spacious bedroom of 25 m² with a double bed and satellite TV as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC. On the second floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a balcony with wonderful panoramic views of the sea and greenery. Pets are welcome.
