The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Vivian Residence and enjoys an exceptional location and breathtaking views of Lake Major. It has an area of 110 square meters, including a wide terrace with a 180° view of the lake. It consists of two spacious and bright bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a huge living room with American kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and bidet and one with shower. A private parking space inside the building is included in the price of the Apartment.
 
Residenza Vivian is a sole ownership building, recently built in total respect for the environment and modern ecological standards, using natural and high-quality materials such as granite marble and glass.
