Close to supermarket, shopping centre, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants...Situated in a very quiet area of Puerto de la Cruz in front of Martianez beach and only a few minutes walking distance to the city centre, shopping areas, Playa Jardin and recreational areas such as Lago Martianez and Loro Parque. Puerto de la Cruz is a tourist town that preserves the flavour of the Canarian towns. It is a cosy, small, quiet, pleasant and very nice town. The property is in a quiet gated community, free parking area, swimming pool, and garden.

Places of interest in Puerto de la Cruz - Lago Martiánez complex: leisure complex designed by the artist César Manrique consisting of a set of swimming pools and lakes, inaugurated in 1977. - Botanical Garden: built in 1788 as a climatological garden. - La Casa Amarilla: this building is considered to be the headquarters of the first centre for primatological studies in history, as it was the home of the first primatological studies centre in history, as it housed the first primatological studies centre in the world. - Plaza del Charco: the nerve centre of the municipality. The main shopping area of the municipality is located around it. - Playa Jardín: black sand beach, remodelling of old beaches, designed by the artist César Manrique to provide it with extensive garden areas, a breakwater, bars and restaurants, leisure areas, etc. It is made up of three areas: Charcón beach, Castillo beach and Punta Brava beach. - Loro Parque: this zoo has been open for more than 30 years and specialises in the conservation of a wide variety of parrots. It covers an area of 135,000 m². - Castle of San Felipe: built in the 17th century to defend the population from pirate attacks, today it is a cultural space where poetry recitals, music concerts, exhibitions, etc. are held. - Church of Nuestra Señora de la Peña de Francia: initially built in 1697, it was later extended. - Paseo de San Telmo: very busy pedestrian promenade next to part of the port coast where the San Telmo Chapel is located (1870) - Casa de la Aduana: founded in 1620, it housed the customs offices as well as the residence of the administrators. - Sitio Litre: 18th century house that welcomed illustrious visitors such as the novelist Agatha Christie or the explorer Alexander von Humboldt. Today the house can be visited and has a garden with a collection of tropical and subtropical plants. - Archaeological Museum of Puerto de la Cruz: with important pieces from the prehistory of the island and where you can also find the Guanche idol of El Guatimac (symbol of the museum). - Anglican Church of Puerto de la Cruz: it is located inside the Taoro Park and is another vestige of the important English colony that settled in the city in the 19th century.
