The flat belongs to a house that originally had three floors. The house was built in 1964 by Don Juan Llinás where he installed his residence. Don Juan Llinás was one of the driving forces behind tourism in the area and the promenade of Cala Millor is named after him in honour of his work in those years. You can see the monolith at the beginning of the promenade.

Among the activities that can be carried out in the nearby surroundings are: Excursions around the whole island, visits to markets, water sports: fishing, windsurfing, sailing, diving and snorkelling, horse riding and cycling, forest and mountain areas with beautiful views, children's playgrounds, cocktail bars or Wellness & Spa sessions in the best centre of Mallorca.
