This comfortable holiday home with private pool and private grounds is located in an upscale and quiet residential area, close to the village centre and the fine sandy beach with crystal clear water.
The rear part of the fully walled property is almost secluded and promises cosy privacy. On the terraces and by the pool you will find plenty of outdoor furniture and seating, as well as sun loungers with a parasol and a furnished barbecue area.
The holiday home has a living area of 170m² and is divided into a habitable basement, a ground floor with communal areas and an upper floor with numerous bedrooms. On the lower floor you will find a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with two single beds next to each other, a guest WC and a laundry room. The ground floor has a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the front terrace and a shower room. Upstairs there are five bedrooms, the first three of which each have a French double bed with a width of 150cm, while the fourth and fifth are each equipped with a bunk bed consisting of two single beds (1.00m wide). There is also a spacious bathroom with double washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub with shower on the upper floor. The heart of the house is the cosy living room, where you can relax on two comfortable sofas after a trip to the beach. A television with satellite TV and a stereo system provide entertainment in the evening. A crackling fire in the adjacent wood-burning stove emphasises the cosiness in the evening. As a separate room, the kitchen offers you plenty of space and all the appliances and utensils you need for convenient self-catering. There is a fridge-freezer combination, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with oven, a coffee machine, a toaster and a double sink. The shower room on the ground floor and the bathroom on the upper floor both have a bathroom window.
The sea, the village with nightlife options and restaurants are just 400 metres away. The pool is ready from June 2023.
