The splendid residence is located on the garden level of a villa in San Michele di Pagana, a district of Rapallo, closer to Santa Margherita Ligure, on the Riviera Ligure di Levante. It is located in an elegant residential area surrounded by beautiful villas all in absolute privacy.

The flat's facilities include a washing machine, a stereo system and wireless internet access. Thanks to the heating in all rooms, it is ideal for holiday stays outside the summer season. In addition, it is fully air-conditioned.

All rooms in the flat have access to the private garden with table and chairs - the perfect way to take your meals here. Two hammocks suspended among the trees invite you to relax. There is also a barbecue. There is also an outdoor shower and deck chairs in the garden. Those arriving by car can leave their vehicle in the private car park on the private road outside the house. .

The sea is only 750 m away. It is a beach that runs along three bays. Thanks to its strategic location, the flat is ideal for excursions to Portofino (2.8 km), Camogli, Sestri Levante, Genoa, San Fruttuoso and the Cinque Terre. The centre of Rapallo is about 2 km away, but Santa Margherita Ligure (1.8 km) is only a fifteen-minute walk away via a flight of steps, surrounded by olive trees. Shops and restaurants are within a radius of 700 m. The area is ideal for hiking - many trails even pass close to the house (ask for more information on site) - or water sports, or to enjoy the excellent local cuisine. Moreover, it is very easy to reach the Cinqueterre by train from Santa Margherita Ligure.
