The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, with a convenient toilet located near the entrance. On the first floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms, each with three single beds and one with access to the terrace, complemented by a bathroom with bath and shower and a second bathroom with shower. In the basement there is a spacious laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying rack. No lift. Non-smoking.
