Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer all travellers plenty of space and privacy. Two mobile toddler beds, four bathrooms, living/dining room, large kitchen, pantry/laundry room, dressing room and private parking spaces await you. The 45m² kitchen is a paradise for amateur chefs. In addition to all the essential kitchen utensils, you will also find a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, spices, fridge, hob and toaster. The dining table for eight people invites everyone to eat together and socialise. In the large living room with two seating areas and a large 75-inch flat-screen TV, you will also find plenty of space on approx. 70m².
The master bathroom has a large corner bath. A separate guest bathroom also has a shower. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. Internet connection and an ironing board and iron complete the offer.

The villa is in a very quiet location and yet the most important destinations can be reached quickly. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, amusement parks, etc. can be reached within ten to 30 minutes.
There are no stairs in the villa, so it is also suitable for wheelchair users. Please note that pets are only allowed in individual cases and by prior arrangement.
