Description

Modernly furnished, stylish 40 square metre flat above Vira in a quiet and sunny location.

In the bright rooms with a large balcony (10 square metres) you can enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Maggiore with Locarno and the Verzasca Valley.
The 20 x 8 metre pool area has sun loungers and parasols as well as a well-tended sunbathing lawn.

The new, inviting kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.
The beautiful four-poster bed (200cmx200cm) with quality mattresses promises restful nights and invites you to dream. Enjoy the evening with a glass of wine on the cosy sofa bed.
The spacious bathroom with window is fully equipped with bathtub and integrated shower, WC and hairdryer.

Our guests also have access to a fitness room, the well-kept garden, rustico with gas barbecue, plenty of seating, garden chess, table tennis and a children's playground.

The allocated private car park is located to the side, below the flat. The flat is accessed via a staircase.
The bus stop Scesana number 326, 330 is only a few metres away.
