Welcome to Casa Rena - your exclusive holiday home in Ascona!
This charming house is located in Ticino (Switzerland) on Monte Verità, the sunny slope of Ascona. It is situated in a quiet location about 70 m above the centre and has two cosy 3-room holiday flats.
Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, unwind on the sun terrace/balcony or explore the picturesque old town of Ascona - just a few minutes' walk away.

Ticino, with its Mediterranean charm, is the sunshine parlour of Switzerland.

The well-equipped flats contain everything you need for a pleasant stay (see details for each flat). In addition, all flats have free WiFi Internet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the communal laundry room.
In front of the house there is a large garden (800m2) surrounded by trees and palm trees with a granite table, granite benches under a pergola and a barbecue. This garden with table tennis table, children's swings, climbing tower with slide and sandpit is also an ideal play area for children. The garden is shared with another holiday home.
A car park can be booked for each flat.

In spring 2025, the kitchens were completely renovated and equipped with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. The bathrooms were also completely renovated and modernised.
