Luxury flat in Mijas Costa The spacious flat is located in a luxurious resort in a green oasis of tranquillity. Spread across the resort are four swimming pools ( 2 freshwater and 2 saltwater pools ), three with a separate children's pool. The resort is close to several bars, restaurants and a bus stop. The beautiful beach "Royal Beach", several bars, restaurants and shopping centres is only 3 Km away. A car is highly recommended.

There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious lounge with dining room, 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace for breakfast with stunning views. Space for 6 people and a cot are at your disposal. TV viewing via satellite TV and free Wi-Fi available. Air conditioning both cold and hot is provided in all rooms. The flat comes with bed linen, bath linen, all electrical appliances provided in the fully equipped kitchen such as a dishwasher, toaster , coffee maker etc.... There is also a free party room in the resort which you can use for any party if booked. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

This is a fully gated community with camera surveillance. The gardens are spacious and perfectly maintained. You will even find fruit trees from which you may pick the fruit. There is also underground parking and street parking right outside your door. Sun loungers and parasols are available at each pool. All pools are equipped with toilets and showers.

For sports enthusiasts, there are plenty of options nearby. Diving, golfing, skiing, tennis, etc ....

The resort is located close to fashionable Marbella and the Costa del Sol's most touristic coastal cities.
