Its spacious kitchen with sea views has all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook like at home. In addition, you will be able to enjoy incredible sound thanks to a Denon speaker. A large dining table overlooks the garden and the sea, next to the sofa area with a large TV and a Denon sound bar. On the ground floor, after the kitchen and the living room, there is a toilet and a double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. Both have access to the terraces, where one of the barbecue areas is located. Also on this floor there is a small room ideal for working or reading. On the ground floor there is a bar area with billiards, a large smart TV with sofa, a full bathroom and two bedrooms, both with double beds. In the other area of the semi-basement there is the last bedroom with double bed or private bathroom, and in the other room the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. From here you also have access to the terrace, where you will find the garden, the swimming pool, a barbecue area with dining table and sofas with parasol.

There are sun loungers at guests' disposal and a parking space within the property. Additional cars can be parked outside at no extra cost. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
