Finca Paraiso is located on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. Only 5 minutes by car to the city centre.

This spacious finca covers around 22,500 m2 and has an avocado plantation and several banana trees. The highlight of this location is the breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains, the majestic Teide and the glittering sea. The habitable area of the finca extends to around 1,000 square metres and comprises two spacious country houses in traditional Canarian style.

These country houses are built from high-quality materials, furnished in a rustic style and exude an extremely comfortable atmosphere. The wooden ceilings in all the rooms add to the rustic charm. The houses are fully equipped with modern amenities such as kitchens with all the necessary appliances, satellite TV and wireless internet, so you have everything you need for a perfect holiday and more. In addition, all rooms are designed to receive plenty of natural light, including the bathrooms.

In addition to the private terraces of the houses, there is a covered barbecue area with barbecue and two large dining tables, which offers almost 40 m2 of space.

The main building itself offers around 120 m2 of living space and is suitable for 2 - 4 people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is an additional separate toilet for convenience. The living area is spacious and equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a variety of crockery and small appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Tea towels are provided for your convenience.

Outside there is a large garden of around 600 m2, which emphasises the charm of the finca. The 3.7 m x 7.7 m pool is heated all year round and uses salted water instead of chlorine for a more pleasant swimming experience. Sun loungers are available around the pool for relaxation.

There is also a large private outdoor area with a large dining table and cosy seating, ideal for enjoying pleasant evenings outdoors.

The pool and BBQ area are shared with another house.
