From here you have a very nice view over the communal pool area to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a large patio behind the flat where you can hang your bathing gear and towels to dry. There is also a washing machine here.
The living room with integrated kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster etc. In the living area there is SAT/TV, DVD player, radio/CD and lots of books.
There is a permanently installed hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as two further hand-held hairdryers.
Of course there is also a safe in this flat.
The final cleaning and the deposit must be paid in cash on arrival and before the keys are handed over.
