This well-kept flat is located right in the centre of Playa de La Arena and is just a few metres from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The spacious balcony offers great views of the sea and the seafront promenade.

A spacious balcony with a side sea view over the beach bars on the seafront promenade invites you to enjoy a meal or a refreshing drink outside with a table and four chairs. Public parking is available directly opposite the building and on the neighbouring side street.

Renovated in 2016, the approx. 48 m² flat is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and consists of a cosily furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom you sleep in a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. In the air-conditioned living room, you can relax on a pull-out three-seater sofa, which is also suitable for a third and fourth guest. Naturally, there is an LED TV with satellite TV and a TV cabinet. Next to it is the dining table, which is surrounded by four chairs and invites you to enjoy a meal together. Passing the dining area, you enter the integrated kitchen. This allows you to prepare your own meals using a large fridge, a four-zone ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave, extractor bonnet and the usual small electrical appliances such as a kettle, coffee machine and crockery. The bathroom is designed as a shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. The comfortable furnishings include air conditioning in the living room, free internet connection via WLAN, safe, washing machine, bed linen and towels included.

Various bars, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity within a radius of 50 to 150 metres.

Free WLAN access is available to our guests for the entire duration of their stay.
