This very beautiful cottage is located on a 140 m² plot of land surrounded by holiday cottages in the exclusive area of Meloneras, Maspalomas.

The house spreads across two floors and features a total of 110 m² of living space. The fully air conditioned ground floor hosts the kitchen complete with cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, and a microwave. There also is a laundry room with a washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and two comfortable arm chairs, an additional sofa bed for two persons, and a big television set with international channels. The air conditioned upper floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also has a sea view balcony. The other bedroom has two single beds and features a view of the terrace and the garden behind the house. Free of charge internet access is available via WLAN.

This holiday cottage benefits from two terraces. One terrace measuring 30 m² is located in the entrance area and is equipped with garden furniture. The other terrace is at the back of the house, measures a total of 40 m² and boasts a barbecue area. There also is a large communal swimming pool for adults, a pool for children, and a jacuzzi. There are plenty of parking spaces available on the road outside the house.

Supermarkets for your daily shopping area in the immediate vicinity of the house. It also only takes 3 minutes to the beach and to the popular shopping centres of Gran Canaria’s south. The dunes and the lighthouse of Maspalomas are a ten minute walk from the house. The holiday cottage is easily reachable from the motorway, and to the airport it only takes 20 minutes. The nearest hospital is only a 3 minute car drive away.
