This gorgeous bungalow is stylishly furnished with much attention to detail. It benefits from an absolutely quiet location on a 1200m² plot of land, only 400 metres away from the beach. Thanks to its privileged first row position and the remoteness of the location, the pool area offers a stunning sea view up to the island of Fuerteventura.

A large outside area with a solar-heated pool, many lying surfaces and various terraces invites you to spend some time relaxing.

The main building has been neatly separated from the guest units, making this an ideal place for two persons, and also for eight persons. A very recommendable comfortable house for moments of wellbeing and relaxation. The main house features a bathroom with a shower, a nice big bedroom, and a children’s room with two bunk beds. The two extensions, both with their own separate entrance, also have one bedroom and a bathroom each. The kitchen with bright tiles includes all modern appliances.

The beach and the centre of town with Lanzarote’s most beautiful beach promenade are within a 5-7 minute walking distance.

The landlord is always happy to assist in finding a cheap car- or bicycle rental.
