The 95 m² holiday home, located in a residential area, was completed in 2014 and can accommodate up to four people. The single-storey house is situated on a 650 m² enclosed plot in Playa Blanca, in the southern part of Lanzarote.

From the living room there is access to the spacious terrace, where you can have breakfast together in the morning or enjoy a romantic dinner in the moonlight. Garden furniture, chill-out area, outdoor barbecue and outdoor shower are grouped around the highlight of the holiday accommodation: the refreshing swimming pool. All around you will also find typical Canarian plants such as palm trees, dragon trees and cactus. There is also a parking space directly at the holiday home.

Your holiday accommodation has two bedrooms, decorated in warm colours, both with direct views of the pool. One of the two is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms in total, one of which belongs to the master bedroom and has a bathtub with shower, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The kitchen is connected to the living room through a counter. Here you will find a comfortable corner sofa, a TV with satellite connection and DVD player, as well as a stereo. Wi-Fi is also available in the house. A cot and high chair can be provided on request and at an additional cost.

Near the holiday home there are numerous possibilities for water sports and cultural activities. You are only a few kilometres away from the popular Timanfaya National Park and the paradisiacal beaches on the south coast of the island. You also have the opportunity to make an excursion to the island of Lobos. The ferry port is about 4 km away. Shops, bars, restaurants and a boat rental office are about 1 km away. A golf course is 200 m away. The beach and the sea are about 1 km away. The airport is about 26 km away.
