The approx. 30 square metre terrace is partially covered and offers shady spots even in the summer months. From the terrace as well as from the living room and bedrooms you have sea views as far as the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. There are two patio chairs, a patio bench for three people and two loungers. There are two bathrooms with a hairdryer, magnifying mirror and toiletries, one with a shower and one with a shower and bathtub. Cleaning every 2 days, towel change 3 times, bed linen twice a week,

The bungalow has a living space of 70 m² and is suitable for four people. It has two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds (2x1m) and the other with a double bed (1.8x2m). The bedrooms both have ceiling fans and an alarm clock with iPod docking station. The living room and one bedroom offer satellite TV with German programmes. The living room offers seating for five people and a flat screen TV with satellite decoder (approx. 150 programmes including German programmes), DVD player, telephone with direct dial in/out, answering machine, mini hi-fi system with CD, mp3, sd card slot, USB and internet radio. The dining room has a dining area for five people. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with large freezer compartment, microwave, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, coffee/tea service for a fee, Nespresso machine, capsules for a fee, fruit juicer, kettle, toaster and complete crockery for five people and various pots, pans and cooking utensils. Air conditioning/heating is available in the living area. A baby cot can be provided on request. A tumble dryer and a washing machine for shared use (with coin slot) are available.
