DescriptionThis two-storey villa is located near the "Aqualava" water park in Playa Blanca, ideal for families and within a residential area.It has capacity for maximum 8 people.This property has about 95 m², distributed over 2 floors, which makes it very comfortable and spacious. It has views to the mountain and garden area where you can enjoy mornings and evenings on its large terrace with BBQ area and its private pool on a fenced plot that guarantees your privacy.Pool is heated with out no extra cost from November till May; The rest of the season under under request at 10€ per night.It has 4 bedrooms that are distributed in: two bedrooms (one with balcony) with double beds on the first floor, a bedroom with 1 double bed & 1 single bed and another one with with 1 single bed.It has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub on the first floor and the other with a shower on the ground floor.The independent kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.This property also has three air conditioners whose operation is with coin system.
