DescriptionThe indipendent villa 7 PIEDRAS in Playa Blanca is less than one kilometre from the lovely beaches of Papagayo and offers a well-equipped property with a 7-metre private pool. Surrounded by a small garden and two terraces with views of the Ajaches promontory and its volcanoes. In the garden area there is a heated pool with additional cost all year round, on request. Pool heats between 26ºC-28ºC maximum and you will have to cover during the night.There is a shopping centre in Las Coloradas close at hand and offers shops, bars and restaurants.The Rubicon Marina is within walking distance, where the best restaurants, shops, fashion galleries and water recreational activities can be found.It can accommodate 4 adults and 3 children.It has 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk bed and extra bed for children, 2 bathrooms with bathtub with shower, a modern decoration and a living area with sofa, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and many more), safe, and barbecue area.
