This wonderful Villa offers spectacular panoramic sea views. On the southwest coast, in the area of Cala Dor, only a few minutes away from the beaches of Cala Serena and Cala Ferrera, just above the rocks it is situated in an unbeatable location! With 120 m² of living space, the house offers three bedrooms on one floor (1 with double bed and 2 with single beds) and a total of two bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath shower EnSuite). All bedrooms have their own air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is the suite with its own bathroom and access to the terrace, of course with sea view, but from the windows of the other bedrooms you can also see the sea.

From the entrance you reach the spacious, bright and fully equipped kitchen and the living room with satellite TV, from here you can also enjoy amazing sea views! The living room leads to the cosy terrace with porch and dining table. Here on the left you will also find the 6 m x 5 m private pool (depth 0,80 m x 1,80 m, entrance by steps) to cool off. When you have reached this terrace, you know that the holidays are about to begin. .... Spectacular views, with the sea at your feet!

The villa is only a few minutes walk or drive from the beaches Cala Serena and Cala Ferrera, and the fishing village of Cala Dor. In Cala Dor there are numerous restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets. The long sandy beach of Es Trenc is only about 15 minutes away by car.
