The pretty villa is ideal for groups or large families and is situated in a quiet and privileged location above the bay of Cala Esmeralda and offers marvellous sea views from the roof terrace. A beautiful bay in the holiday resort of Cala Dor on the south-east coast of Mallorca. In less than 10 minutes you can reach two marvellous beaches. The centre of Cala D' Or can be reached on foot in just 12 minutes and offers a pedestrian zone with shops, open-air bars, restaurants and cafés. The famous fashionable marina is also worth a visit.

The villa offers a living room and dining room on the ground floor, each with a door to the pool terrace. From the dining room there is access to the spacious kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor there is a second living room with access to a small terrace and 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, the bedrooms have air conditioning with sensors, they only work when the doors and windows are completely closed, air conditioning with fixed and limited hours of use.

Sun loungers surround the 8 x 5 metre kidney-shaped pool and a covered terrace with adjoining brick barbecue invites you to enjoy long, cosy barbecue evenings outdoors. A cosy chill-out set completes the outdoor area.

The bedrooms have air conditioning with fixed and limited usage times. A 24-hour activation can be provided for an additional charge.
