Description

Finca Garrovers S'Horta offers great views of the surrounding countryside as far as the sea on the horizon. The finca is located just 200 metres from the small village of S'Horta. S'Horta, with its approximately 1,000 inhabitants, has a church, a bank and two small supermarkets. Here you can get fresh croissants, ensaimadas and bread in the morning and the newspaper, as well as fruit and vegetables mostly from the hinterland of S'Horta. The enchanting bays of Cala Mitjana and Cala Sanau can be reached in 5 minutes by car, as can the well-known tourist resort of Cala D'Or mit seinem exklusive Yachthafen. In ca. 7 km Entfernung liegt das idyllische Fischerdorf und Seebad Porto Colom, das man auf jeden Fall besuchen sollte. Auf dem Weg dorthin sieht man zur linken den Golfplatz Vall d’Or.

Die Garrovers de S'Horta, a two-storey, spacious house in the countryside. On the ground floor is the open-plan living and dining area with a charming corner fireplace. From the living area there is access to a terrace with marvellous views over the fields to the sea on the horizon. The kitchen is spacious, with a breakfast table and access to the outside area. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, the other has a separate bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi bath. One of the bedrooms leads to a utility room with washing machine. On the upper floor there is a further double bedroom and a shower room. Each has its own terrace overlooking the pool.

The outside area is spacious and well maintained. The entrance area has charming green areas, a small fish pond and Mediterranean plants. At the rear of the house, the view stretches past fields with almond trees to the sea in the distance. The pool with sun terrace is located here and a beautiful brick barbecue area makes barbecue dreams come true. A table tennis table completes the offer.
