Description

150 year old charming country house with 3 bedrooms, completely renovated while retaining some original features such as thick walls. The Mallorcan country house style has been tastefully combined with modern decoration. The house is situated in a quiet rural location. The furnished terraces and the pool area offer great views over the countryside. Vallaca is approx. 15 minutes by car from beaches, shops, restaurants and other entertainment options.

In the months of April, May and October, heating can be provided for an additional charge.

From the entrance we reach the dining room and the TV room. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and has access to the outside. The washing machine is located in a shower room. A narrow wooden staircase leads to the upper floor to a cosy sitting area with two armchairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a separate shower room. The third bedroom is located separately by the pool and has a double bed and a compact shower room.

The stairs to the upper floor are a little steep. Please note for older people and small children. People with reduced mobility should be accommodated in the bedroom in the annexe.
