Various enchanting sandy bays can be reached in 5/10 minutes by car, and the nearest village of S' Horta with a small supermarket, bakery, bars and banks is only a few minutes away by car.

On the ground floor is the open-plan living/dining area with access to a beautiful covered terrace and the kitchen. The furniture has been renovated in vintage style. There are also three double bedrooms on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds and share a bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a further double bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom with shower. All 3 bathrooms are newly renovated. At the rear of the house, in the outside area, is the utility room

The beautiful curved pool of 10 x 4.5 metres is surrounded by several palm trees in front of the terrace. The brick-built barbecue is located on a covered terrace which invites to long barbecue evenings "al fresco". There is also a second dining area on the terrace with views of the pool and the surrounding countryside.

Pool towels are provided.

The bedrooms have air conditioning with a fixed operating time (20:00 to 06:00).
