The 75 m² holiday flat is located in a residential complex in Playa d'Or, which has direct access to the beach. It can accommodate up to four people. It is located on the ground floor of the house, as seen from the street. There is another flat in the basement.

Both bedrooms have access to a private balcony with garden furniture and views of the complex's communal pool and the beach. The residential complex also has a communal garden.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (both 1.90 m long). Each of the two bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. One of the two also contains the washing machine. The air-conditioned living room offers a dining table for shared meals, a sofa, satellite TV and direct access to the balcony with awning. The separate kitchen has a cooker with oven, as well as a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. A baby cot/crib and high chair can be provided on request.

The flat is very centrally located. Within 300 m you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as nearby beaches such as: B. Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera or Cala d'Or. If you want to visit a largely unspoilt beach, you should go to Cala Sanau, Cala Mitjana or Cala Mondragó. However, you will need a car for this route. There is a golf course 5 km away and the airport of Palma de Mallorca is about 75 km away.
