We have a fully fenced private garden, with its sun loungers, tables and chairs for eating, a barbecue, outside shower and we have a gate that you can go directly to the pool without entering the house, on the first floor terrace we have a table and chairs for relaxing and on the roof terrace we have some sun loungers overlooking the pools and you can see the sea horizon from afar. The communal pools, one for the children, a large pool with a waterfall and a garden area to play in. At the entrance of the complex each house has its own car park, ours is number 5.

House 5 has 2 floors, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, living room with dining table and chairs, 2 sofas and flat screen TV, kitchen with breakfast bar. It has access to the terrace with chairs and table, it has its own private garden with sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped, microwave, kettle, ceramic hob and kitchenware, has an access door to the laundry room with washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one double, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed, shared bathroom with bathtub, a terrace and a staircase with access to the solarium where you can contemplate the mountains and see a little of the sea. All rooms have air conditioning and also in the living room. The house has high power Wifi, an alarm, safe, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, in each bathroom we have a hairdryer, we also leave soap for hands and one for the shower. We leave 3 towels for each person, one pool towel and two bath towels.

The beach of Cala Egos is 300m away, the beach of Calo des pou is 500m away, 2 minutes from the centre where there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Next to the complex there are paddle courts that can be rented, a small mini golf course, attractions for children and a small bar-restaurant, at the moment it is open all year round. At 2km we have the marina of Porto Petro, where in winter all the restaurants are open. The marina of Cala d'Or can be reached on foot in about 600m with many bars and restaurants.400m from the complex we have the paddle courts and municipal indoor swimming pool, open all year round and next to it we have the tennis club of Cala d'Or.2 km away you will find other beaches such as Cala Mondrago, S'amarador, Cala Sanau, Cala Mitjana, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran and many moreIn the same street there is a bus stop and also a taxi rank.

For babies, a cot and high chair are included, but you must inform us when you make your reservation.
