In the beautiful outdoor area, in the middle of the local nature, you will find a pool that measures10 x 10 mts,
surrounded by large furnished terraces, a useful furnished barbecue area and 2000 m2 garden.

The house offers a capacity for 9 people, with 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet near the pool, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, as well as two living rooms,
one of them with an open fireplace.
In a new built annex there is one of the living rooms, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and a loft.

The beach is only 250mts away and it is 500mts to Alcudia.
Alcudia, located in the northeast of Mallorca, is an ecotourism community with a great variety of landscapes and 30 km of coastline.
There are beautiful beaches with fine, white sand, as well as rocky beaches and small bays of impressive beauty.
Ideal for all nature lovers, here you can make extensive hiking routes and long walks.
Alcudia is a medieval city surrounded by an ancient city wall. Just a few meters from the old town,
a cultural tour to the Roman settlement of Pollentia, foundet 123 BC, begins right next to the church "St. Jaume".
