This avant-garde property situated in Cala San Vicente enjoys a unique and privileged location, just 200 metres from the beach of Cala Barques, and with fantastic views from the terrace towards the sea and the ever-imposing cliffs of Cavall Bernat in the distance.

The owners of this house have decorated it in an ultra-modern style, which contrasts with the beautiful local photographs that adorn the walls, and a special emphasis has been placed on the Mediterranean light, typical of these latitudes.

The property has three floors (including the private underground parking), and is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Next to the main entrance is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terraces. Separately, there is a modern and spacious kitchen, also with access to the terrace and pool area through sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a double fridge-freezer, and a comfortable table with seating for 6 people.

The tastefully decorated living/dining room also has direct access to the terrace and is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player with a spectacular sound system. The laundry area completes this area.

The terrace enjoys a refreshing shaded area thanks to the two awnings. It is furnished with sun loungers and outdoor tables and chairs for up to eight people. The ping-pong table, the large portable barbecue, the swimming pool and the cold water jacuzzi will delight all guests. Two practical steps lead down to the pool. The panoramic views from the pool are simply fantastic. The terrace also has a toilet for your convenience.

On the upper floor of the house there is an outdoor terrace with equally fabulous views, as well as two spacious and very modern bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and huge mirrored doors. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has twin beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom.

Finally, there is a fourth bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning, open en-suite shower and fitted wardrobes, which is accessed from the pool area.
