4 bedroom country house with a large private pool, only 4 km from the sandy beach of Porto Pollensa.

The outdoor areas of Aumadrava Gran make it the perfect choice for guests who love outdoor living together with the comfort of a truly special holiday home. The covered terrace with access to the living room offers: A place to sit and relax right next to the ping-pong table, a large wooden dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and a hanging hammock hanging from the rafters, ideal for lounging. Between the terrace and the annexe there is a built-in barbecue and another outdoor dining area with table and benches. The large 10 x 5 m swimming pool (with a depth of 1.3 m to 2.4 m) has a tiled terrace around all four sides with ample space to move around the sun loungers and shade provided. This, in turn, is surrounded by beautifully landscaped lawned gardens offering excellent panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

On entering the house, the hallway leads to the spacious lounge/dining room furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, fireplace and a rectangular wooden dining table. There are two doors leading directly onto a covered terrace and gardens. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and again has direct access to the outdoor dining terrace. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in an adjacent storage room. The main house has two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with external door to the terrace. The three bedrooms share two family bathrooms. The fourth double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located in the separate annexe by the pool, with its own separate entrance. All rooms have air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 The house also offers WIFI and parking for 2 cars.
