Magnificent house on the outskirts of Pollensa, situated in a quiet area, freshened by cool sea breezes, overlooking the countryside and mountains surrounding Pollensa. There is also an independent study with dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 double bedroom, but when the house is rented for 8 people the study remains closed. Outside is a lovely furnished veranda furnished and a fantastic very well kept garden with private pool and solarium. Very well located, only 2.5 km from the village and 3 km from the beautiful Bay of Pollensa and its beaches.
