Colonya Jaume is a traditional Mallorcan stone house for rent with mountain views in the north of Mallorca, approximately 2 km from the old town of Pollensa, has a wide variety of beaches within a 15-minute drive and is also located less than 1 km from the Pollensa golf course. .

The single storey house has ceramic tiled floors and is simply furnished in a rustic style. From the entrance hall you can access all the rooms. There is a large open plan lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas and a dining table with benches. There is one bedroom with 2 single beds, one with a single bed and one with a double bed. Bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry area. There is a second bathroom with access from the patio.

The exterior of the house is surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation and fruit trees (olive and almond trees). It has ample terraces and spectacular views of the open countryside, creating a unique place to relax and enjoy.
On one side of the house, there is a large paved area leading to the garden where you will find the porch with covered barbecue and a bar with stools. An ideal family area where you can relax with a glass of wine, enjoy an evening meal or play table tennis.

The house has air conditioning (hot/cold) with smart mode in the bedrooms and wifi.

Only 2 km from the old town of Pollensa, full of Roman history and full of restaurants, shops and picturesque stone buildings.
Pollensa - also known as Pollença - in the north of the island is an ancient town and is just a few kilometres from Puerto Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted as "Pont Roma", which is still in use, and Puig de Pollensa, a small mountain topped by a monastery, just outside the town.
