Villa Benvingut is a 3 bedroom villa built in local stone. It is set within an extensive private garden, beautifully landscaped and designed, perfect for outdoor living in the Mallorcan sunshine. It is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.

The Benvingut pool is a real delight with its unique shape and wide Roman steps allowing easy access (note that there is a drop between the shallow and deep end of the pool). Its surrounding wooden deck houses beautiful wooden sun loungers and an umbrella. There is also a Balinese bed by the pool, a real paradise for sun worshippers. In addition to the gardens (enclosed, beautifully planted with local shrubs and flowers), there are open and covered terraces around the villa with a pool table and a stone barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing when the sun goes down.

The interior of the villa is spread over one floor. The modern and spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, a breakfast table and chairs and has large doors leading out to the covered side terrace, as well as another door leading out to the covered front porch which is separated into two ambient areas. An outdoor dining area and a comfortable chill-out area complete with white wicker sofas. Between the kitchen and the living room is a separate dining area with a large natural wood table and chairs. Through the next stone archway is the living room, with its typical Mallorcan wooden beams, light neutral coloured sofas and wooden furniture, TV/SAT, DVD and WIFI. Again there is direct access to a covered outdoor porch with handmade table/bench and pouffes. A hallway leads to the master bedroom, with a wrought iron double bed, ceiling fan and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has direct access to the pool area. The same hallway also leads to two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. The villa has another family bathroom.
