Old farm located in the Son March area, at the foot of the Serra de Tramontana mountains, a quiet place with spectacular views. The furniture in the house is traditional, with some modern decorative touches.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we find a living room that has a flat screen TV and DVD and comfortable leather sofas. From this part of the house wooden doors give us access to the pool and terrace area, both provided with outdoor furniture. Next to the living room is the kitchen, fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and other utensils necessary for this type of accommodation.On this floor we also find a bathroom with a shower and a small room where the washing machine is located.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. There are a total of 4 bedrooms: two double, one double and one single, and all of them have air conditioning (following energy saving and efficiency initiatives, they can only be used from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. - these times are not They cannot be extended or changed except for July and August). Two bathrooms complete this floor, one of them en suite.

The outdoor area is certainly spacious.Highlights include both the covered terrace, fully equipped with outdoor furniture, and the enormous Roman-style swimming pool surrounded by a solarium terrace from which we can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains in a completely quiet and idyllic environment.
