This attractive stone villa is surrounded by beautiful mature trees that contain a wide variety of plants and shrubs. A lawned area surrounding the private pool provides the perfect place to relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.The house is located on a residential road, with no exit, shared by other holiday homes, while retaining a good degree of privacy. The famous and picturesque town of Pollensa, of which its old town stands out, is nearby; and there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within walking distance.

Outside there is a nice barbecue, ideal for lovers of outdoor dining. The pool is surrounded by grass and has steps.

Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. We access the villa through the main door located next to the front terrace, which leads directly to the spacious living room. On the right, a door leads to the fitted kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a holiday home. On this level of the house there is also a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower.The rest of the rooms are on the upper floor. They consist of two doubles and one twin, as well as a full bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned (with restricted hours).
