Unbeatable location, right in the centre, one of the best places in Pollensa, in a very quiet little street next to the Calvario staircase and only 100 metres from the main square.

The house is divided into 3 floors, on the ground floor we have a large and beautiful entrance, a dining room equipped for 6 people, a living room with satellite TV and DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Both the kitchen and the dining room have access to a large terrace equipped with table and chairs to enjoy eating outdoors; on this terrace there is a large bathroom with bathtub, and a laundry area with washing machine.on the first floor, there are the bedrooms, 2 of them double with views to the street and the third one with double bed and with wide views to the village of Pollensa and Puig de Maria; there is also a bathroom with hydromassage shower.On the first floor there is a large study room equipped with a sofa bed, suitable for a child. From here there is access to a second terrace, very spacious and sunny with spectacular views and with a lot of privacy equipped with hammocks. The whole house has central heating, air conditioning and wifi.

The house has two beautiful terraces, the first one located on the ground floor equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, also has a charcoal barbecue, the second one located on the second and last floor, equipped with hammocks, to enjoy the sun and the tranquility it offers as well as unbeatable views.

The house is located in an elevated area of the village, the access through the street is steep and narrow, so it is recommended to park the car in a car park nearby, as the house does not have it and in the same street you can not park. on the other hand can also be accessed by the staircase of Calvario, in this case it is only possible on foot.

Within walking distance there is a wide variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is only 6 km away, and you can choose between Puerto Pollensa and the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente, Pollensa is also the starting point for countless excursions on foot or by bicycle.
