Can Fiol is a stunning 3 bedroom stone villa for 6 people, with modern interiors and stunning outdoor areas. Perfectly located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.

On the ground floor, double wooden doors lead into a large hallway, finished in beautiful marble and with a staircase leading to the upper floor.
The large modern kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances and includes a breakfast area which has been attractively furnished with an aluminium and glass table with bright orange chairs. There is also a walk-in utility room and a door leads directly onto the surrounding terrace. A large separate dining room/lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs and an attractive wooden dining table, two sets of double glass doors lead out to the rear terrace. On this floor there is also a guest toilet and a double bedroom with its own flush bathroom.
Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both have access to a panoramic terrace. The twin bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, while the double bedroom has a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
The villa offers Air Conditioning - from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 and Wifi.

The private swimming pool is set within extensive lawned gardens offering excellent opportunities for outdoor living and dining (including a fantastic poolside kitchen area). The rear terrace runs the length of the villa and has wicker sofas, chairs and tables. From this terrace, a pathway leads to the poolside shower and specially designed covered barbecue.
The lawned gardens are beautifully landscaped and planted with local trees and shrubs, and are beautifully lit at night.

The price includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, final cleaning and other expenses (electricity, water and gas).
