This country house is beautifully and quietly situated in the middle of a 7,000 m2 estate in the Marina area, close to Golf Pollensa, between Pollensa and Port de Pollença/Alcudia. It is only a few minutes' drive to the pretty town of Pollensa, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, and the beach and harbour of Port de Pollença are within easy reach by car. There are other beautiful beaches in the north of the island such as Cala Molins, Port de Pollensa, the special beach of Formentor or Playa de Muro.

This typical natural stone villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and has marvellous views of the rural surroundings. The 11 x 5 m2 pool with outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasol is located in the well-kept garden, which is beautifully planted with palm trees and other typical local plants. The covered and open terraces are fully equipped with garden table and chairs (terraces at the main house), as well as a rustic table and wooden benches (at the barbecue house).

The surrounding area is rural, but the town is only 5 - 10 minutes away by car.
