Finca El Rafalet is a magnificent stone house situated in the idyllic setting of the valley of Colonya, on the outskirts of Pollensa. Its location among the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana makes it ideal for lovers of tranquillity and nature.

The house has two floors and is built with typical island construction materials, such as exposed stone walls, ceramic tiles and wooden beams. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, to the left of which is the living room, equipped with a flat screen and satellite TV as well as a dining room with enough space for eight people. Next to the dining room there is a large kitchen, fully equipped and with plenty of space for lovers of the culinary arts. A small pantry and direct access to the barbecue area are also located in this area. To the right of the entrance, a stone archway leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with views over the pool and garden, and a bathroom with shower in the adjoining room. From the same entrance a staircase leads to the upper floor where we find the rest of the bedrooms: a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and private terrace, and two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and access to another private terrace. These rooms also have air conditioning which, in accordance with local energy saving initiatives, are all programmed for use from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. In the magnificent exterior there is firstly a large covered terrace, ideal for enjoying a good meal while taking in the beautiful views.
