The chalet is very comfortable, has an unbeatable location directly on the 1st line of the sea and offers a capacity for a maximum of 8 adults + 2 children.
Spacious rooms with high quality furniture and typical Mallorcan details make the house very special.
There are 4 bedrooms with hot / cold air conditioning and 3 bathrooms, one of them is an outside bathroom. The house has 2 tastefully decorated living-dining rooms with air conditioners and satellite TV. Thanks to the large window fronts, everything is bright and friendly. In the modern and well-equipped kitchen, which also has air conditioning, it is definitely a pleasure to cook and spoil the family with a good meal.

You can make yourself comfortable on the furnished terrace and even enjoy a fantastic sea view. After sunbathing, you can cool off in the private pool and children can play on the lawn.

The chalet is located in a tourist area, you just have to cross the street and you are on the beach ...
The fine white sand is a dream and bathing is a pleasure. In front of the house there are picnic benches under the trees, where you can sit and eat by the sea.
As the villa is only a few steps from the beach, and also close to shops and restaurants, you can often walk and leave your car.

The historic centers of Pollensa and Alcúdia are definitely worth visiting, as well as exploring Cap Formentor, which is also possible by boat from the sea side.
