The cosy 60 m² holiday flat is located in a listed building from the 1920s. The flat is located on the first floor of an eight-storey residential building with lift and can accommodate up to six people. It was completely renovated in October 2013. The flat is located in the Eixample district, an elegant and well-connected area of Barcelona.

If you wish you can rent a parking space for your vehicle. This is available at the property. Pets are allowed on request.

The holiday flat has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), as well as a wardrobe, heating and air conditioning. The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, toilet and washing machine. All towels and bed linen are included in the price. Iron, ironing board and coat rack are also available. In the living-dining room there is a sofa bed for two additional people, LED TV with USB port, WiFi internet access, air conditioning and heating. There is also a dining table next door for shared meals and a kitchen equipped with cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. If you need a baby cot, we can provide one at no extra cost.

The Eixample neighbourhood is a unique place, full of historic and modernised buildings and square-shaped streets so you won't get lost easily. The flat is just two streets away from the Sagrada Familia (5 minutes) and Paseo de San Juan, both of which can be reached on foot or by public transport. The nearest metro stations are Verdaguer (line 4) and Sagrada Familia (lines 2 and 5), about 400 m away. The bus stop is 150 m away. The stop for the famous tourist bus is 500 m away. Bars, restaurants and shops can also be found in the district within a radius of 500 m.
