The 50 m² holiday flat is located in the Gràcia district of Barcelona. It is one of the neighbourhoods with personality and charm, with small pedestrian areas and squares surrounded by small bars and cafés. The flat is centrally located, but away from the crowds. The flat is situated on the third floor of a four-storey building with lift and can accommodate up to four people. The flat was last renovated and modernized in December 2014.

If you wish you can rent a parking space for your vehicle. This is available at the property. Pets are allowed on request.

The holiday flat has a bedroom with double bed (1,50m x 2,00m) and wardrobe with sliding door, heating and air conditioning. The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, toilet and washing machine. All towels and bed linen are included in the price. Iron and ironing board are also available. In the lounge/dining room there is a 1.50m x 2.00m sofa bed, LED TV with USB port, WiFi internet access, air conditioning and heating. There is also a dining table for shared meals and an open plan kitchen which is only separated from the rest of the room by a counter. Here you will find a cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. If you need a baby cot, it can be provided free of charge.

Your holiday accommodation is just a few minutes away from all the attractions of the city centre: Park Güell (5 minutes on foot) and the Sagrada Familia (15 minutes on foot). They are also easily accessible by public transport. The nearest metro stations are Fontana, Lesseps (line 3) and Joanic (line 4) about 500 m away. The nearest bus lines are H6, 39, 24 and 116. The beach is six metro stops away from the residential area. The stop of the famous tourist bus is 300 m away. In the district there are also bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities.
