This comfortable holiday home, renovated in 2019, with a private pool and sun terrace with sea views is located on a private plot in an upmarket and quiet residential area, close to the town centre and the fine sandy beach with crystal-clear water. The village is located in the north-east of Spain on the Mediterranean coast.
Before going to bed, you can wind down the evening on the spacious 35 m² balcony terrace. You can enjoy the view of the pool, the sea and the beautiful mountain landscape of the village. On the ground floor, a covered terrace with a dining table and numerous chairs awaits you for al fresco dining. The barbecue area with grill is also ideal for this. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers with a parasol and is not directly visible from outside. There is enough space for three vehicles in the property's private car park.
The six-bedroom holiday home has a living space of 170m² and is divided into a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms each with a bathtub, a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms, both with direct access to the balcony terrace, as well as a shower room with WC, hand basin and bathroom window. Two of the three bedrooms on the ground floor each have two single beds and bedside tables with reading lamps. The third bedroom is designed as a suite and has a double bed as well as its own access to a daylight bathroom with WC, bathtub with splashback and wash hand basin. The second bathroom on the ground floor is identically furnished. A double bed provides a comfortable night's sleep in each of the spacious bedrooms on the upper floor. In the living and dining room, you can relax after a day out on a cosy living area with two sofas. A flat-screen TV (42") with TV-USB connection, satellite TV (receives German programmes) and DVD player provide entertainment. A glass dining table provides enough space for eight people to enjoy a meal together. Add to the cosiness in the evening with a crackling fire in the wood-burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to comfortably cater for yourself with a fridge-freezer combination, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with oven, a coffee machine and a toaster. The air conditioning provides pleasant cooling with a total of four units and can be booked as an option. This is charged according to consumption.
Miami Platja, with its nine winding coves and extensive beaches, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful, unique and unknown places on the Costa Dorada. It is the town with the most extensive catering offer in the hotel, restaurant and service sector in the entire municipality.
The sea, the town with nightlife and restaurants are just 1000 metres away. The town is very popular due to its quiet and picturesque beaches and is one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Dorada.
