Comfortable holiday home with private pool and panoramic views of the sea and the mountainous surroundings, close to the beach and town

The holiday home with five rooms is divided into a ground floor and an upper floor on a living space of 170m². On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a cosy living room with a dining table and marble fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms, both with direct access to the balcony terrace, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and splashback, WC, washbasin and bathroom window. On the ground floor, one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. In the two bedrooms on the upper floor, you can rest comfortably in a double bed each. In the living and dining room, you can relax after a day out on a cosy living area with two sofas. A television with satellite TV and DVD player provides entertainment. A glass dining table provides enough space for six people to enjoy a meal together. Accentuate the cosy atmosphere in the evening with a crackling fire in the marble fireplace. The fully-equipped, white-painted kitchen allows you to conveniently cater for yourself with a fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. The equipment also includes an alarm and air conditioning system, as well as a washing machine.

This comfortable holiday home with private pool and sun terrace with sea and mountain views is located on a private plot in an upscale and quiet residential area, close to the village centre and the fine sandy beach with crystal-clear water. The village is located on the Mediterranean coast in north-east Spain.

The sea, the village with nightlife and restaurants are just 1000 metres away. Shopping facilities are only 600 metres away. The town is very popular due to its quiet and picturesque beaches and is one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Dorada.

Before going to bed, you can round off the evening on the spacious balcony terraces. While one offers you a view of the sea, the other offers you a view of the mountainous surroundings inland. You benefit from views of the pool, the sea and the beautiful mountain landscape of the village. In the outdoor area of the 525m² property, a covered terrace with a dining table and numerous chairs awaits you for al fresco dining. The barbecue area with grill is also ideal for this. The pool (9m x 4m) is surrounded by a lush lawn with palm trees and sun loungers and is not directly visible from the outside. There is enough space for one vehicle in the property's private car park. The garage offers a further parking space.
