Terrace 60 m2, roofed, west facing position terrace 48 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool, the garden and golf course. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted.
