2-room terraced house 32 m2. Living/dining room with TV. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 french bed. Kitchenette (oven, 3 induction hot plates, microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. No heating option. Terrace, west facing position, patio. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 23. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted. For official information on measures to limit or suspend water usage in France, please refer to Propluvia - Accueil (developpement-durable.gouv.fr). Residence "Les Palombes".
