2-room semi-detached house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Upper floor: gallery, ceiling height 180 - 110 cm with 2 beds (90 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm). Terrace 25 m2, south facing position, patio 250 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 39. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted. For official information on measures to limit or suspend water usage in France, please refer to Propluvia - Accueil (developpement-durable.gouv.fr). Residence "Golf Loisirs".
