Large kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.). 1 room with 1 french bed. Bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace, west facing position, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 18 (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted.
