Situated on a hillside facing the Domaine du Golf de Sainte-Maxime, this beautiful villa, furnished and decorated to a high standard, has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It also has a jacuzzi. It is located in a very quiet residential area just a few minutes from Plage de la Nartelle. The town centre can be reached in just a few minutes by car, with no risk of traffic jams.

Ground floor:
- Beautiful air-conditioned living room with access to the outside, divided into 3 areas: lounge with 2 sofas that can accommodate all the guests, large TV screen, dining area for 8 people and the very well equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, microwave, various crockery)
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 160x200 with wardrobes and en suite shower room to share (shower, washbasin)

If you wish to arrive outside these times, please enquire before booking.

*** Pool heating only available from June to September, weather permitting. We reserve the right to refuse to heat the pool at any time prior to arrival if we consider that the weather conditions do not allow it. All cancellations must be requested at least 15 days prior to arrival, failing which the service will be payable in full. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur a supplement of fifty euros for unforeseen travel by the professional. Please contact us for further information.
